Welcome to ENLIVE! This document outlines the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the digital properties owned and operated by ENLIVE, including but not limited to our website www.enlivebd.com
, mobile applications, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By engaging with our Platform — browsing, purchasing, or interacting in any manner — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, we respectfully request that you discontinue use of our services.

Throughout this document, “ENLIVE”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the brand and operating entity behind the platform. “You” or “user” refers to customers, visitors, or any individual accessing our platform.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on our Platform — including but not limited to logos, product visuals, text, videos, layout design, and branding elements — are either owned by or licensed to ENLIVE. These materials are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content without prior written permission from ENLIVE is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take action against any such infringement, including account suspension or legal proceedings.

2. Account Access & Service Restrictions

ENLIVE reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. We may also restrict, suspend, or terminate access to certain users if their actions are found to violate our policies, legal regulations, or ethical standards — including suspicious activity or abusive conduct.

Any amendments to this document will take effect immediately upon publication. We encourage all users to review this page periodically for updates.

3. Liability Disclaimer

ENLIVE will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damage resulting from use or inability to use the Platform or its services. This includes potential service interruptions, system bugs, unauthorized access, or data loss.

User Interactions:

We are not liable for any consequences resulting from interactions between users on or through our platform. We advise practicing discretion and responsibility when engaging with others, particularly unknown parties.

While ENLIVE may step in to resolve disputes in certain cases, we are under no obligation to do so.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or completely free of technical errors at all times.

4. Visual Accuracy of Products

ENLIVE makes every effort to accurately present products through photos and descriptions. However, due to differences in lighting and screen configurations, actual colors or textures may slightly vary.

Should you receive an item that differs significantly from its online representation, you are advised to refuse delivery on the spot, ensuring the original packaging remains intact.

5. Content Accuracy & Corrections

Despite our efforts to ensure accuracy, typographical or informational errors may occasionally occur in product descriptions, pricing, or availability. ENLIVE retains the right to correct such errors at any time — including after an order has been placed — without prior notice.

All content on the Platform is presented “as is,” and no warranties are made regarding its completeness or accuracy, whether implied or expressed.

6. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

ENLIVE will not be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from unforeseen events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

Natural disasters (e.g., storms, floods, earthquakes)

Civil unrest or political turmoil

Labor strikes or industrial actions

Power or internet outages

Software failures from third-party providers

Regulatory interventions or government actions

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only during the confirmation stage, which involves a phone call from our customer service team. Once an order has been verified over the phone, it becomes non-cancellable until delivery is completed.

8. Price Validity & Adjustments

Prices listed at the time of purchase are considered final and binding for that transaction. Any fluctuation in price after your order has been placed — whether upward or downward — will not affect your confirmed order.

ENLIVE reserves the right to modify pricing, promotional offers, and product availability at any time, with or without notice.

9. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders placed via ENLIVE will be delivered through authorized third-party logistics partners. Our delivery charges and timelines are outlined below:

Inside Dhaka:

Standard Delivery Charge: BDT 100

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days

Outside Dhaka:

Standard Delivery Charge: BDT 150

Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

Delivery Conditions:

Deliveries are made in sealed packaging. Customers must record an unboxing video in the presence of the delivery agent in case of disputes.

Products cannot be returned to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

If no recipient is available at the given address, multiple attempts may be made. If unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled and must be reordered.

Incorrect or incomplete contact/shipping details may result in non-delivery, for which ENLIVE will not be held accountable.

10. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud, ENLIVE may request verification details such as phone number, delivery address, or payment proof before proceeding with delivery.

Failure to comply with verification procedures may result in the automatic cancellation of your order within 48 hours. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or is affected by technical errors.

11. Discrepancy Handling at Delivery

In the event of receiving an incorrect product or wrong quantity, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof. Upon confirmation, ENLIVE will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue through replacement or order adjustment.

12. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In some cases, we may have to limit quantities due to high demand or low stock. ENLIVE reserves the right to cancel any order if stock is not available, in which case a full refund will be processed for the affected item(s).

13. Limitation of Liability

ENLIVE’s maximum liability for any product-related claim will not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, including (but not limited to):

Data loss

Loss of revenue

System failures

Delivery delays caused by uncontrollable factors

Claims from third parties due to your use of the Platform

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, along with any disputes arising from your use of the ENLIVE Platform, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
