All orders placed via ENLIVE will be delivered through authorised third-party logistics partners. Our delivery charges and timelines are outlined below:

Inside Dhaka:

Standard Delivery Charge: BDT 80

Outside Dhaka:

Standard Delivery Charge: BDT 150

Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

Delivery Conditions:

Deliveries are made in sealed packaging. Customers must record an unboxing video in the presence of the delivery agent in case of disputes.

Products cannot be returned to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

If no recipient is available at the given address, multiple attempts may be made. If unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled and must be reordered.
